“I just recently had a wonderful service call experience from technician, Josh P. On his way to my appointment he made a courtesy phone call to give me his ETA before arriving which is always a good sign of the professionalism of the company and the techs. Josh P was very friendly, polite and knowledgeable as he performed the annual preventive maintenance on my two ductless mini-split HVAC units. Of course he did a great service to me to keep me warm in the cold house as well as nice and cool throughout our brief two months of summer.
