They installed a complete new heat pump system 2 years ago, did a great job (including relocating the outdoor heat pump to a remote end of the home at my request), and continue to perform excellent annual checks and maintenance for us. Technician shows up at 2:10 this is Wednesday the 8th
Now Friday the 10th furnace not working. Not pushing hot air. And now I need to take more time off my job so someone can come fix whatever problem that the technician left.
Extremely frustrated with this company they do not respect their customers time, and don’t care how many days they have to miss from they’re job to wait around to have them fix a problem that wasn’t there until they came to do “maintenance”.”
“Max was extremely polite and thorough with our new system and replaced our filter even though we were prepared to do it ourselves. He explained the process, results and recommendations clearly. It was a pleasure to have him in our home.”

“Cameron and James came out today and cleaned the ducts in my home. They told me everything they were going to do, and showed me where they had to cut the holes and how they were going to patch them, and answered my questions. They were very professional and courteous.”
“Arrived in between the hours promised. Quickly started to trouble shoot the problem. Found out that my heat air pump is bad and needs to be replaced. He then worked to get my furnace working again, trouble shot and found out that the valve was bad. And took time to explain the choices I had at the time. I went with getting the valve replaced, so that I have heat during the winter. But I will be contacting them to get an estimate on the heat air pump.”
