About Us:
Dana's Heating is a family owned and operated add-on and replacement HVAC contractor with a full service department. We believe in training and utilize both in-house and outside sources to keep our employees as up to date as possible.
Responsibilities:
Dana's Heating's office staff performs a variety of functions from answering customer phone calls, to setting up various schedules, to working with our maintenance agreement program, and more.
Our staff works with a number of computer programs Including:
- Microsoft Office 365
- FieldEdge dispatch software
- QuickBooks accounting
- FleetSharp and more
Wage Range:
$17–$24/Hour
Requirements:
- Must enjoy talking people on the phone and communicate well.
- Must be task and detail-oriented.
- Have the ability to work in a sometimes fast-paced environment.
- Have basic knowledge of Office 365 and its components.
- Be available for work shifts between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
- Be available for limited "on call".

We believe in training and utilize both in-house and outside sources to keep our employees as up-to-date as possible. We are also able to provide electrical classes that qualify for Washington State Electrical certifications (both renewals and classroom hours for trainees) for our employees.
Responsibilities:
Dana's Heating's maintenance technicians are responsible to understand the complete system from the maintenance perspective. A system might be a gas furnace or a mini-split heat pump, it might be an oil furnace or an 18 SEER variable speed heat pump.
Our technicians perform a variety of maintenance tasks to do what is best for the customer and the equipment. This may include, but not be limited to:
- Suggest proactive repairs when it might help the customer.
- Suggest enhancements to the system.
- Recommend replacement when necessary.
Our maintenance technicians are also responsible to attend training and show progressive improvement toward becoming service technicians.
Requirements:
- Clean driving record.
Wage Range:
- $18 - $25/Hour
Bonus Points:
- Own basic tools of the trade.
- Have basic understanding of ductwork and airflow.
- EPA Refrigerant handling certification.
- Have basic understanding of electrical circuits.
- Experience performing all facets of HVAC service and maintenance
- Washington State 06a or 06b low voltage electrical license.
- NATE certifications are highly valued.
- Understand and are comfortable with the latest HVAC technology (mini-splits, variable speed equipment, etc.).

- Repairs when needed and that make sense.
- Proactive repairs when it might help the customer.

Requirements:
- Experience performing all facets of HVAC service and maintenance.
- Own basic tools of the trade.

- $26 - $34/Hour

About Us:

Responsibilities:
Dana's Heating's Install Helpers are tasked with assisting the Lead Installer with the complete installation of the system. A system might be a gas furnace or a mini-split heat pump, it might be an oil furnace or an 18 SEER variable speed heat pump:
- The day typically starts with a briefing about the job to be done by the Lead Installer.
- Then assemble equipment, parts, and pieces for the job.
- After that, go to the job site and perform the work in an efficient, safe manner with direction from the Lead Installer.
- Finally, when the job is finished, return to the shop, clean the truck, and prep it for the next day.
- Our Install Helpers also receive training and should show progressive improvement from their Lead Installer.
Requirements:
- Willingness to learn in an "on-the-job" environment.
- Clean driving record.
Wage Range:
- $18 – $25/Hour
Bonus Points:
- Washington State 06a or 06b low voltage Electrical Trainee card.
- Experience performing all facets of HVAC installations preferred.
- EPA Refrigerant handling certification.

- Dana's Heating's Lead Plumbers are in charge of the complete installation of the project.
- Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial and residential structures.
- Collaborate with other construction professionals as needed.
- Respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies.
- Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems.
- Keep accurate records of time spent working, description of work performed, and materials used.
Requirements:
- Posses current Journeyman Plumbers certificate.
- Experience performing all facets of plumbing installations.
- Own basic tools of the trade.
- Clean driving record.
Wage Range:
- $28 – $40/Hour
