“Scooter is our maintenance guy. He is ill. I spoke to Carl last evening to verify our mid day time. After 10. He told me Jerry would be coming after 10. Very nice conversation.
At 8 this morning Daniel knocked on the door. He insists he was told to make me the 8:00. If I didn’t want him to work at 8:00 he would be happy to reschedule my day. He was nice and polite but …
I checked on him after 15-20 minutes. He said he cleaned the filters and it would be about 10 more minutes. I asked if he was sure – no one is done in 20 minutes. He said he would check everything and needed more time. Ok. He seemed to do his job and he cleaned up after himself.
I asked him why he pulled I to the drive when notes on my account said to back in. He said he saw all the notes after he parked.
He blames the office for his 8;00 time.
He is a very young guy.
You mostly do a great job for me since 1998.
Hope Scooter recovers soon.”

“Dana’s connected some ducting (quite large) cleaned all my ducting lines and sent a technician to inspect my furnace to see if everything is in working properly. These were (3) separate appointments and everyone from the office to field staff has been a pleasure to work with. Strongly recommend!!!”

“Daniel was great. We’ve been using Dana’s for over 15 years and I realize things change – we used to get 2 service visits a year, went down to 1; they also used to be able to give us a closer time as to when the tech would be out but this time I called the office just to find out if they had any idea as to when the tech might arrive (due any time after 12 pm; I called about 1:30 pm) but was told they had no idea. Then all of a sudden, he showed up a little after 3 pm but no one called; he was surprised as he thought the office had contacted us – guess miscommunication between main office and techs, but he was great. He did a thorough job and was very polite. Not giving 5 stars only because no one bothered to let us know he was on his way.”

“We had no heat coming through our vents – just cool air. I called late in the afternoon and Dan arrived the next morning. He was very nice and professional and rewired the furnace so we could at least get 50% of our heat. He ordered the parts we need and said they would be here the first part of next week. I really appreciate having someone come out so quickly.”
