“My blower quit working and I had no heat. I called it in on a Saturday and a repair person was sent right out and found the problem and got the part ordered, and by Tuesday had the heat back in the house. Everyone was really nice and understood the no heat and cold weather we were in. I was so glad to have heat. I have been with Dana’s for 20+ years and I have never had any problems with anyone working at Dana’s. I highly recommend Dana’s.”
