He placed “Fresh Air Dampers”-apparently the builder didn’t put one, I’m grateful for Dave’s integrity. For no furnace maintenance since 2914, I didn’t have to replace anything, Dave said everything looks good. So no unnecessary cost other than for maintenance service.
