“After only one phone call, Chad, our original comfort guy helped arrange a quick service call. Just a couple of hours later, Bobby arrived coming from a good ways away. He was courteous and professional at around 730pm (as we have come to expect from all Dana’s employees :)). A few minutes in and he found the problem right away. A frayed loose wire that had gotten caught by the blower fan. A quick repair and we were back in business with our month old system. Bobby also found that the control panel was installed upside down. Maybe need a little closer QA on the install but the service was prompt and awesome. Once again, a satisfied repeat customer. Keep up the great work!”

The unit works perfectly and was a professional installation despite a small error made on the “plan”. A little caulk and paint and it will be hardly noticeable.
