“So we had all new heat pump installed six months ago and I thought there was a problem but a very nice James came out and explained to me how it worked and let me tell you I’m not one that likes to be wrong but I was oh so wrong and he was very kind and said every house is different and many things factor in to how many times you need to change the filters .
