“The heater would fire up and then shut off. Then start the process again. Rick determined that the gas level was too high therefore causing the system to overheat. It sounded like a blast furnace! After adjusting the level of the gas, it appears to be much better. This is after replacing the blower and mother board. I am happy Rick was able to come up with a solution to this problem that has been ongoing since the day it was installed! Thank you, Rick”

“I have to give a shout-out to Dana’s, I had an issue with one of our ODU’s down at my store, I called the company who I purchased it from less than 4 years ago, after a long wait for them to look up my info, they had the date I purchased the system but could not find any info on my system, they scheduled me for the next day and no showed. I won’t name the company… but it rhymes with Culligan lol. So I called Dana’s, they scheduled me for the next day, got a confirmation and they showed up and took care of the issue within an hour… Props to you guys!”
