Yes, we have after-hours service until 9:00PM Monday through Saturday and 8:00AM until 4:00PM on Sundays. - How soon can I get service?

We offer AM or PM calls to allow our technicians the time that may be needed to properly take care of our customers. - Do you clean duct work and dryer vents?
Yes, we use a cutting-edge truck mounted power-vacuum. We can also run a camera through the duct work to show how clean it becomes. - How do I keep my AC drain line from clogging and overflowing?
Have regular maintenance done and install condensate overflow protection. - Our family has really bad allergies and we are trying to find a product that will help us with that. Do you have any air purification systems?

The filter can be in a few places, either in the furnace or air handler, in a filter box, in a return air grill, or you may have a cleanable high efficiency air filter. - What size are my filters?
Filters can be many sizes, if you can find the filter it will say the size on the filter. If you don’t know where your filter is, please contact us to schedule a tune up call and we can change the filter for you. - How do I adjust my thermostat?
There are different methods, depending on the model of the thermostat. We would be happy to send a technician to help you with this and do any education on your system that you might want. - Can you install a thermostat I purchased online?
We only install products that we purchase. We warranty everything we do, so we want to make sure the products used are new and unused.
