Nick arrived when scheduled, completed the annual service, discussed findings, and satisfactorily answered all of my questions about my aging system. Happily, everything is looking good for another year. Thank you, Dana Heating, for keeping my heat pump in excellent condition.”

“Appointment time was from 10-2
Technician shows up at 2:10 this is Wednesday the 8th
Now Friday the 10th furnace not working. Not pushing hot air. And now I need to take more time off my job so someone can come fix whatever problem that the technician left.
Extremely frustrated with this company they do not respect their customers time, and don’t care how many days they have to miss from they’re job to wait around to have them fix a problem that wasn’t there until they came to do “maintenance”.”

“Nick was courteous and friendly. He listened to the questions I had and provided answers. He fixed an issue I had with the thermostat settings. He went over what he worked on and gave me a report on the system. He was knowledgeable and thorough.”
