“So we had all new heat pump installed six months ago and I thought there was a problem but a very nice James came out and explained to me how it worked and let me tell you I’m not one that likes to be wrong but I was oh so wrong and he was very kind and said every house is different and many things factor in to how many times you need to change the filters . So a huge shout out to Dana’s for sending some one out promptly to address the issues because the stand behind their work and wanted me to be happy!!! They have been outstanding with customer service from day one and have Earned A Loyal Customer !!!”
