“George was the estimator that came out to discuss and provide a cost estimate. He was right on with on concerns as to what units would meet our needs and be financially feasible. His bid was close to the others that we received however the warranty and service agreement was sighificantly better. He showed upon the day of the install to check on things, this was probbly not necessary, but a good gesture.
The team of Baycen, Dominis & Dylan arrived on time. They all worked on the install, they worked as team, with no discussion as to who does what. Effective and professional. This install was difficult from my perspective, however it went very smoothly. Along the way they answered all my question. The tin works that was done to mate the condenser coil, furnace, filter box to the existing air path was excellent. There was no shimming of the work to achieve a smooth transition. The unit was rock solid, and plum.
I would gladly share my experience and recommend this company and team to anyone who would be interested,

The install team was professional, explained all the steps and left the house clean even dealing with it snowing all day during the install.
