“I had a new heat pump installed in September, 2024. I have had a number of service calls since then trying to get it to run properly. This included a service call with a factory technician who determined that the compressor was defective and needed to be replaced. Shortly after the replacement was installed it started intermitently making a noise that I had not heard before. Elias was the technician that came out last week and quickly determined that when the compressor was replaced the refrigerant was overfilled by 3 pounds. He drained the refrigerant to the proper amount, double checked the entire heat pump and it is finally operating perfectly. Many thanks to Elias for doing a great job. Also, many thanks to Dana's for their quick response to each and every one of my calls for service.”
