“Tom did an amazing job diagnosing the problem with our furnace. He was thorough and professional. He found a couple of things that were not set correctly when the furnace was installed last April. I think you should consider having a tech do a follow up on all of your installations to verify that the wiring, gas pressure, etc are correct. I still think that Dana’s is the best.”
